Happy Year of the Pig!
Happy belated Chinese New Year!
One of my flatmates has a particular attachment to the Chinese New Year, so on Sunday night she put on a wonderful holiday dinner. The food was veggie-friendly and extremely yummy. One of these days I'm going to corner her in the kitchen so she can teach me how to make such scrumptious Chinese food.
